It's my very first 3D print of the initial pawn design. I stuck my phone in the shot for scale...This particular printing process produces a pretty rough surface, as you can see from the image, but it's invaluable as a learning tool. I'll have to find a service that can produce a much cleaner model for the finals. The new base has no legs and will carry through for all the pieces. I'm not entirely sure what I'll use for weight but having a solid base will help streamline things.
